    Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing details. Incorrect information may cause delays in order processing.

2. Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Locations:
    We currently ship across India. (International shipping may be introduced in the future.)
  • Order Processing Time:
    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

    • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

    • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Shipping Charges:
  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
  • A standard shipping fee of ₹79–₹149 applies for orders below ₹999 (exact fee displayed at checkout).
  • Tracking Your Order:
    Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS to monitor your shipment status.
  • Delivery Attempts:
    Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details. Hatcherry is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


4. Delays & Force Majeure

We make every effort to deliver your order on time. However, Hatcherry is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, courier delays, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
